Composition: medium rye flour, light wheat flour, fresh water, starch syrup, raisins – 3,9%, kvass wort concentrate, cooking salt, pressed yeast, cumin.

Term of the sale: Term of storage for ready frozen products in a freezing camera till realization at temperature: no more than minus 18 °C – up to 90 days; no more than minus 12 °C – up to 14 days; no more than minus 8 °C – up to 7 days. The products should not be refreezed after unfreezing. Preparation for usage: The products should be defreezed at room temperature for 4–5 hours. The products should be baked at the temperature of 180–200 °C for 3–5 minutes.
